Biocidium™’s antimicrobial additive can be added to any water-based, solvent-based, UV curable or any ink type, and can built into any existing ink system. It can also be added to an overprint varnish for plain substrates or to protect existing prints. Biocidium™’s K-yur 001™ antimicrobial additives are effective against most bacteria and will also prevent the growth of mould and algae. Fungicides, algaecides and bactericides are known for their excellent performance and low addition levels.
